New patients
Your first visit, step by step
About an hour, and you don't need to have seen us before.
Call first
Tell us what's wrong. We tell you whether to come now, come later or go to an emergency room.
Fill in your history before you come
Your health history goes on our private patient portal, not in an email or a contact form. If you can't, we'll help you at the desk.
Open the portalSee the dentist
An exam, and an X-ray only if it will change what we do.
Read the estimate
In writing, with each step and its fee. You decide before we begin.
Leave with a plan
What we did, what comes next, and what your regular dentist should finish.
Take your receipt
Itemized, with procedure codes, for a plan that reimburses out-of-network care.
What to bring
Not much. It helps to have these.
Bring
A photo ID
A list of the medicines you take, or the bottles
Any piece of the tooth, or the crown that came out
Your plan's card, if you want a receipt to send in
The name of your regular dentist, if you have one
